Because I want to give every participant meaningful personal attention, enrollment in this program is limited.

A brief description of your professional, business or leadership experience
Why you are interested in becoming a professional coach
The types of clients you would most like to coach
What you hope to accomplish through your training and mentorship
When you would ideally like to begin
Your telephone number and the best days and times to reach you

Please don’t worry about writing a formal application. A friendly email telling me a little about yourself and what you hope to accomplish is all I need.
