In a pivotal moment in 2019, Liz joined forces with Berry Fowler, the founder of Fowler International Academy of Professional Coaching and Sylvan® Learning Centers. Together, they spearheaded the creation of a groundbreaking initiative - FIA's We Live Without Limits division, a specialized coach training program tailored to serve and support individuals with disabilities. Liz's visionary approach and leadership played an instrumental role in establishing this division as a beacon of inclusivity and empowerment.

Graduating summa cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in business, behavioral sciences, and communication arts, Liz's academic achievements complement her vast experience. Beyond her extensive coaching credentials, she holds additional certifications in alcohol and substance abuse counseling, as well as applied suicide intervention skills, underscoring her commitment to the well-being of others.

Liz's influence extends beyond coaching and training. As a published author, her work has been featured on HBO, The Cerebral Palsy Foundation, The Mighty and more. Her insights resonate globally, as she addresses audiences at prominent organizations and universities, solidifying her status as a sought-after speaker and thought leader. She was  recently recruited to share her insights and wisdom with FEMA and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Liz has had an exceptional impact as a global consultant in the areas of coaching, e-learning, disabilities and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her reach extends far beyond borders, shaping the way organizations approach these critical facets of human development.

On a personal note, Liz, alongside her husband, embraced a life-changing move from their native New York to Southwest Florida. Together, they nurture a loving family that includes their son and twin daughters.
